These terms apply to the FretMitra app and this website. FretMitra is published by Secalyx Technologies LLP ("we"), Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. By using FretMitra you agree to them.

Store terms

If you got FretMitra from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies. If you got it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service apply. These terms add to the store's terms and do not replace them.

Using FretMitra

You may use FretMitra for your own learning and practice. Please do not copy, resell or redistribute the app or its lessons, pictures, sounds or charts, or try to get around the FretMitra Pro purchase.

FretMitra Pro

FretMitra Pro is an optional one-time purchase, not a subscription. The price is shown in the store before you buy. Payment, refunds and restoring purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their terms.

Your songs and patterns

Songs and strumming patterns you create belong to you. They are stored on your phone, and files you export or import are your responsibility. Please only import files you have the right to use.

Songs in the app

The songbook gives original chord arrangements with short cue words to help you keep your place. It does not include full lyrics or recordings. Song titles and the original works belong to their owners.

Guitar care guidance

Lessons on changing strings, setup and adjusting the neck are general guidance. Work gently and follow your guitar maker's instructions. If you are not comfortable making an adjustment, take your guitar to a shop or a guitar technician.

No warranty

We work hard to keep FretMitra accurate and working well, but it is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Changes

We may update these terms when FretMitra changes. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
